S. Anselm’s Ski Trip 2011

S. Anselm’s Ski Trip 2011

The S. Anselm’s Ski Trip to Alpes D’Huez in the French Alps will depart on 10th December, the day after we break up for the Christmas holidays. Travelling with Ski Plan, a company experienced in running ski trips for Prep Schools, we will be flying from Manchester. The snow record in Alpes D’Huez in December is excellent and the area offers skiing to suit all abilities.

We will be staying in the Beausoleil Clubhotel, right on the piste about couple of hundred yards from the lifts.

This cost of the trip is £665, which includes: all travel; four hours tuition per day; full board accommodation, including a hot lunch back at our hotel; full ski hire, including helmets; and evening entertainment.

The staff running the trip are Mr Carr, Mr Tadman, Mrs Young and Mrs Seddon. The staff to pupil ratio has been kept low so that we can offer places on the trip to all of our pupils, including those who may need a little extra help turning out in ski gear in the mornings.

Mark Scarratt of Ski Plan will be holding a meeting for parents and pupils on Thursday 20th October at 1.00pm, just after the end of school for half term. The staff running the trip will also be present to answer any questions you might have.

Please e-mail Mr Carr to confirm that you will be coming to the meeting next Thursday. If you have not yet put your child’s name forward for the trip, but think that they might be interested, a few more places are available, so do make Mr Carr aware of your interest.
