5 had a very busy day at Eden Camp WW2 Museum on Tuesday 16th
September. It is a superb exhibition set in an original prisoner of war
camp. The children were surprised to see how small the weekly rations
were and how the black market thrived.
5 “The Blitz” was a favourite and one the children wanted to revisit. The puppet show was very entertaining and we
enjoyed the sing-a-along.
A visit to the souvenir shop caused great excitement and many children purchased
replica medals and planes. The day ended with a quick run round the assault
