Derbyshire was at its finest, sun shining, green fields and 60 keen as enthusiastic riders assembled at S. Anselms for the first sponsored cycle ride. There were two courses set out one of 50km, and one of 100km, both taking in some beautiful countryside, and some big hills.The organisation was slick and the riders got off smoothly.
Many thanks go to Marcus and Rachel Hill for their superb organisation, and in particular to Chris Watts for the challenging course - which felt mostly uphill!
All proceeds are going to be split between the Foundation and in particular the Bursary Fund, and HELP FOR HEROES.
