The recent good weather has allowed Mr & Mrs Northcott the chance to invite a series of boys and girls down for meals at Hillside. Wednesday night it was the chance of the Prefects, who enjoyed a lavish BBQ. Alex T went for the record of sausages, chicken and pork chops. We eventually had to roll him up the hill. Nancy S then went for extra helpings of Eton Mess, and managed to find space for a little bit more. Overall the prefects had a great time.
On Thursday night the junior boarders came down for post supper treats.Donuts and the most incredible chocolate ice cream smoothies were devowered by all the boys before they rushed off and played in the garden - exploring the paths and fishing for newts in the pond. The hidden chocolate buttons in the smoothies proved a challenge for the boys who had to suck them up and maintain straw pressure!
