Form 1 were visited by PC Dave and PC Sandra today from Bakewell Police station to help us with our term's project on People who help us. We asked them lots of questions and they let us try on some of their uniform. They handcuffed Mrs. Caudwell and put Mrs. Brennan in the back of their van! We were allowed to sit in the police van and press the button that turned the blue flashing lights and siren on. We had to cover our ears because the siren was very loud.
We then made our own police helmets and took each other's finger prints back in our own police station. Mrs. Caudwell took photos of us for the wanted posters we are going to make. We had a great day and want them to come again.
