The “Just a Few Minutes Emergency Support” Charity & S. Anselm’s Golf day took place at Sicklehome Golf Club on 29th May 2009.
Amid a glorious Derbyshire setting and some stunning weather some 21 teams took part in a great day of golf and humour. Some took it more seriously than others but the sound of laughter echoed around the golf course as teams tussled with the tricky greens and beautifully prepared golf course.
Our thanks goes to Lindsey Horsnall who masterminded the whole day, and to the golf club who accommodated us and looked after us so well.
This group contained the winner of the longest drive and the nearest the pin. Can you guess which members won which award?
The overall winners were the Birdies who put most of the male teams to shame with their precision.
