A huge thank you must go to Sharon Taylor and Jon Weller for their outstanding production of Sparrows which included all 99 children in the Junior part of the Prep school. The music had been written by Sammy King and our drama teacher Sharon Taylor very skillfully wrote the script to accompany the songs based during the war around a group of evacuees.
The production was performed on Thursday and Friday evenings and also a special showing was performed on Friday for the local community.
Sparrows raised the roof on both evenings. A special mention must go to the soloists, Arabella H, Ella Twelves, Izzy H and Lewis S, Mrs Alice Mace for the costumes and Mrs Janet Pryor for her contributions to the set, props and back stage.
