BOARDERS' RAISE MONEY FOR LEPRA!

The boarders took it upon themselves to try to boost the charity funds raised by the school in support of Lepra (a charity devoted to combatting leprosy across the world). £265.50 was raised by pupils and parents who walked the six miles from Bakewell, down the Monsal Trail to Ashford-in-the-Water and £122.50 was raised at the Boarders' Review Evening. Well done to all involved in these marvellous events and thanks so much for working so hard to raise significant funds. The amounts raised will make a very real impact to the lives of many.

The boarding community is keen to raise more for charity next term and hopes to include parents in such ventures.
