Since making the report below we have continued to get cheques posted through to the school and I am pleased to announce that this evening I will be posting £524.89 to Help the Heroes. This is a huge amount and will make a significant impact. Thanks so much to all who made this happen and well done!
Several weeks ago an intrepid bunch of boarders, parents and staff set off for a hike down the Monsal Trail to raise money for Help the Heroes. I am delighted to announce that £383.88 has been raised for this great charity. Well done to everybody invoved and particularly Tom and Isobel Hartley and Nick Price who raised £50 each. However, it was Imogen Ainsworth who raised a phenomenal £80 far exceeding expectattions. They will all receive a chocolate reward to recognise their great efforts!
A cheque will be sent off within the next few days so if you have any outstanding contributions get them to Mr Mace as soon as you can. Many thanks and well done!
