National IAPS Athletics Championships

To get five athletes qualified for the National Finals was a magnificent achievement for a School of our size. All five athletes acquitted themselves very well and learnt a lot from the experience and now have something to aim for. Their performances were as follows:
Emily G-P 13th in the U13 Girls 70m Hurdles
Georgina H 11th in the U12 Girls Long Jump with a distance of 3.66 metres a fantastic achievement as Georgie can compete in this age group again next year.
Olivia Cr 17th in the U12 Girls Shot Putt with a distance of 5.75 metres
Edward H 12th in the U12 Boys Shot Putt with a distance of 7.16 metres
Ollie N 16th in the U13 Boys High Jump
