New additions to the Music Department

I am delighted to welcome two new additions to the Music Department.

Firstly, Mark Percival joins us as our Brass Teacher from September, and will also run the Swing Band.  We are delighted to have him on board.  He is also a very fine pianist, and will accompany (in both senses of the word) the Chapel Choir on their tour to Italy next Easter.

Secondly, on Wednesday 24 August, Abi gave birth to Sophie Charlotte Weller.  Birth weight was 7lbs 8.5oz and she's is an absolute dream.  She has an impressive amount of hair and, so far, she's slept quite a lot and has been generally quiet and contented, although she has proved that she has a set of lungs that would be most welcome in the Chapel Choir in years to come!
