CHRISTMAS POST and CHARITY LUNCH MONEY

Happy New Year to you all. Please pass on my sincerest thanks to all the children for such a marvellous fundraising cheque. We did receive it on 22nd December – thank you, thank you, thank you. I am happy to report that December is our busiest month of the year. Many kind people bring us clothes and toys for the children for Christmas and I have to go around collecting them all and then organising Christmas for them all. I had 5 children from the centre staying with me this year, the others were staying in the homes of care workers. I am afraid I am still wading through the backlog of admin and thank you’s from December.
Please pass on my thanks to the children and tell them how much we appreciated their efforts. £438 how wonderful. Is there any way in particular they/you would like us to spend the money? I will be doing my schools talks again in September/October. If you felt the children would like to see me again, I would love to pop in and thank them personally. Please do let me know and we can fix a date.
