The prep school has two, very well resourced laboratories, both with interactive whiteboards. The laboratories are designed in such a way as to provide an area for experiments and a separate area for working.
The schemes of work are designed so that the differing needs of all pupils are met. Those who are particularly gifted at Science are encouraged to stretch themselves and are provided with many opportunities to do so. The Science staff believe whole heartedly in fostering an enjoyment of the subject. Expectations are high and a supportive and encouraging atmosphere is provided in order to maximise the potential of all pupils.
