This was a tremendous tournament played with great spirit. The players were very well organised by their captains and all teams were very supportive and positive with each other; less able players were encouraged and the able players led by example. There was some excellent goal keeping by Jonah G and as expected Edward S, Andrew C, Alex W and Elliot T played with great skill. It was also great to see certain players playing at a much higher quality than expected – Tobias P was a sound goalie and Alasdair C was the player of the tournament in terms of his tenacity and enthusiasm. The boys should be very proud of themselves. Thanks to the parents who braved the icy cold to cheer their teams on! It was a fabulous afternoon despite the attentions of Jack Frost!
