Annie Broadhurst, Phoebe Jones and Eleanor Rylands – great organisation girls!
It was excellent to see such a high standard of play displayed by all of our girls, from 3rd to 5th years. There were some excellent, hard hits, leading to nail-biter matches and very close results. (Although Pitts lost all three games, they only did so by small margins, indictaing how closely contested this tournament was!) The fielding was solid, with good stumping at posts and well taken catches. It was great to see so many supporters, thanks for coming to watch and cheer. For once we had perfect weather too. We have a new set of champions this year, well done Team Nelsons! DLB
