Slieve Mor is home to the eldest girls at the school and is a warm, welcoming house, close to the school and encircled by beautiful gardens and stunning scenery. It really feels like a home and the girls very much live with their Houseparents, sitting around their kitchen table chatting in the evenings and playing board games with the Houseparents' children at night. The girls’ rooms are well decorated and the house has a warm and inviting atmosphere. Jane and Paul Berry are the house parents at Slieve Mor and are highly professional, friendly and dedicated. The girls enjoy being part of the supportive family environment of this thriving and cheerful boarding house. Jane is a qualified teacher with many years of experience but presently devotes herself to providing a caring and peaceful household for the girls to return to after a day at school. Paul is the school’s Deputy Headmaster. They have two young children of their own who are very much part of house life and the boarding community.
