Where to start....? We have sent an intrepid few up to Scotland to the Gordonstoun Challenge, the Year 6 pupils went to Malvern on a fabulous sports tour, some others went to Carsington Water for a splash about, some girls and boys were taken to Monyash to study the natural flora and fauna, identify bird song and pond dip whilst the Niepers kindly entertained the Year 8 girls for the afternoon. Not bad for a Sunday afternoon! Many thanks to all the numerous members of staff who have organised and run this myriad of trips. This is what you call a holistic 360 degree education without a doubt!
I shall let the pictures speak for themselves

At the end of the day we were given a treat: Helen Lings' Leavers' Service was hugely heart warming and the Year 8 leavers said some very poigniant things. Mrs Lings' message was loud and clear - we are all immensely fortunate and with privilege comes responsibility and we should never forget it.
This was all followed up by some wine and nibbles for parents and a slap up supper for the boarders before some very tired (but very fulfilled) bodies sunk into their beds. Well done to everyone involved and thank you!
