U11 & U13 at Mt St Mary's

ATHLETICS RESULTS.
Saturday 27th June – U11 & U13 Athletics Match at Mount St. Mary’s.
This was a great experience for our under 11 and 12 girls and gave them a real opportunity to show their athletics strengths. It was also a final practice for a few before Monday’s Nationals. The clash with the Leavers’ Trip meant our under 13 team was comprised solely of under 12s. Our under 11s finished 2nd overall, just a few points behind the winners, whilst our under 13 team finished 3rd. We won seven individual medals in the under 11s and also won gold in the relay, in a nail biter of a finish. We also had three individual medals in the under 13 group and won a bronze medal in the relay. All of the girls were a credit to their school and great company throughout the day, supporting each other throughout. Well done to all of our athletes and thanks to all of our supporters!

Georgy H – Gold in relay, silver in long jump and bronze in 150m
Poppy A –Gold in relay and bronze in 75m
Arabella H – Gold in relay and bronze in shot putt

Olivia C – Gold in shot putt
Nancy S – Bronze in high jump

U13 Girls:
Nancy J – Bronze in1500m
Charlotte P – Bronze in relay and silver in high jump
Georgina H – Bronze in shot putt
Ally H – Bronze in relay
Phoebe A – Bronze in relay
