U11 v Packwood Haugh Lost 56-0

From the start it was clear that this was going to be a very tough match as Packwood showed their ability with the ball in hand. Their winger proved to be extremely difficult to tackle despite our best efforts. They took the lead early on and unfortunately for us from this point it was very much one way traffic. The final score was 56-0 but this by no means tells the full story. I was very proud of the way the boys stuck it out until the final whistle, refusing to give up. It is one thing losing a game when you know you can play better but it is another thing losing and knowing you have played a team very much on song. The boys should be in no way disappointed with their efforts – bring on the next match.
