U11B v Longstone Primary School A Lost 1-0

The under 11 B team played Longstone Primary School and quickly found out that it was going to be a tough match. The opposition passed the ball around with confidence but our defence held strong in the early stages of the match. With 5 minutes left until half time Longstone took the lead with a well taken goal. In the second half it was much of the same but Longstone found that Jonah G. was in inspired form in goal holding them at bay with a string of very impressive saves. With time running out we started to see more of the ball and posed attacking threats of our own, in particular through Theo H. In the end the result was a 0-1 loss.
