It was a sterling effort by the U11 side.  The development of the team today was phenomenal.  As each game progressed, we gained an extra key coaching point.  It was a frustrating day, to see a team that showed glimpses of their full potential not to have won more matches, particularly against Ashfold ( we had 11 out of 12mins possession on the ball) and also the final match against The Elm’s (Colwall) should have been better result!  But when looking at the day as a whole, the U11 side had not only gained useful key coaching points for the future but also the experience of playing in a huge Regional hockey Tournament at a fantastic facility.  Holly D worked tirelessly throughout showing outstanding skill, understanding of the game and was determined in every match.  Well done and thank you to Emily H, Evie D, Laura D, Imy N, Lily H, Sophie J, and Tara O’R for a really good day!  At times very frustrating but also after seeing the performance of the team with further key coaching, they have the capability to show lots more for the future. 

Thank you to all our parents for their key coaching points on the sidelines – I have certainly made a few notes!  Your support and encouragement throughout is greatly appreciated.  It really is super to see you on the sidelines!
