We managed to get off to a strong start in this game, having won the first centre pass, we were off as soon as the whistle went, self-taking the ball up the pitch. Goalie Imo had one or two kicks in this half, but on the whole we dominated play; with Georgia R scoring our first goal and then Elfie CE managing to convert one of Georgia's through balls into the D, to scoreour second. After a quick team chat from team manager Derek, we wereready and raring to go. Clare T and Georgia R passed the ball effectively to each other up the pitch, ably supported by Lulu J, who played with confidence and determination in this game. Izzy F and Jess P also assisted greatly with the attacking play, with both contributing to the setting up of the 3rd goal, which was finished off by Clare T. Gabby N also challenged well for the ball, timing her tackles and running to win possession of it in this game. One such interception, saw her sending the ball forwards to CF Elfie CE, who slotted it firmly into the goal, to score our 4th goal. It was a fine performance by all, with Emily H marking her opponent well and Grace F stopping the Grace Dieu forwards firmly in their tracks. Well played everybody, thanks to Derek for umpiring and the supporters for their input too.
