U12C v Denstone College Won 4-2

What a fantastic result by the C team, all of the players played with passion and pride. After dominating most of the 1st half, but just failing to score despite going close on several occasions, the team found themselves conceding a goal on the break and trailed 1-0 at half time. The boys responded magnificently and scored a deserved equaliser through Charlie L. Unfortunately soon after this a soft goal was conceded and with 10 minutes remaining the team found themselves trailing 2-1. The boys responded magnificently, William W in goal was making some fantastic saves, Izaak C was making some important clearances at the back, Oliver G was putting in some great tackles, Kevin H  and John W worked tirelessly in midfield, captain Charlie L led by example being everywhere. Then the tactical change of moving Henry F up front paid dividends as he scored a quick fire hat trick to win the game for S. Anselm's, a fantastic 4-2 victory. I was really proud today, a great win, well done.
