Under 9's lose to The Elm's
After starting the match brightly by exerting pressure on The Elm's try line with determined attacks led by Harvey W ,S.Anselm's were unable to score and The Elm's opened the scoring with a breakaway try. The S.Anselm's team lost their way and started to miss tackles which meant the talented Elm's backs could run freely and score at will, three more tries were conceded and the score when the half time whistle blew was 0-20. The Elm's carried on where they left off immediately the second half commenced and scored a further four tries and the final score was 0-40. This was a very talented Elm's team who are so far unbeaten this season. S.Anselm's will have to work hard on their tackling and organisational skills in training before their next match if they are to compete and give a better account of themselves.
