U9 v Wellow House Won 12-2

 It was a pleasure to be able to see the U9 team play.  They certainly didn’t disappoint with plenty of good defending, passing and goal scoring.Wellow House did have a number of U8 girls playing but despite this, worked very hard and did manage to get the ball into their D numerous times throughout the game.Constance W proved her fitness by covering most of the court and consistently breaking away from her opposition to find free space. The attackers, Natalie, Miriam and Matilda worked hard to move the ball to the goal shooters, Amber and Tara who had great success in taking the final score to 12 goals between them.Holly’s height was a definite advantage as she blocked and deflected many passes along with Laura M who ably assisted her as GD.

 A super game girls showing great promise for the future!
