U9 v Wellow House Won 15 -5

This was the first taste of competitive contact rugby for eleven of the squad of twelve players. The match was a little disjointed with both sides learning the Laws as they went along. S. Anselm’s fell behind to an early try but rallied well under the captaincy of Ludo L. All of the other players made good contributions Angus E, Hamish O, Henry L , Henry T, Max W, Barnaby D, George T, James L, Cameron H, Tom C and Cian B. S. Anselm’s managed to score three tries during the match through Hamish O, Angus E and Ludo L and ran out comfortable winners. There was much endeavour shown and a good start to the season.
