S. Anselm’s U12 and U11 hockey squads were privileged to have Sarah Singlehurst coach them today. Sarah is head of PE at Uppingham and took the opportunity to come up and look at some of our girls, giving them some superb ideas about how to improve their general play. The peak district was at its finest amid glorious sunshine, and this coupled with a good workout and session from Mrs Singlehurst, had the girls gasping for air and in need of fluids!
They all thoroughly enjoyed the session have learnt a lot. It was also a great opportunity for Mrs Singlehurst to see those girls destined for Uppingham, after their interviews last week.
