Y2 Visit to All Saints Parish Church

As part of our topic work on Bakewell Year 2 had a fantastic afternoon visiting All Saints Parish Church .Rev. Kaunhoven gave the children a super, informative tour around both the inside and outside of the church. The children looked out for artefacts that had already been discussed in their RS lessons and participated in a mock baptism and ringing the bells! At the end of the visit the children settled down outside to do some fantastic sketches of the church. A truly enjoyable and educational afternoon was had by all.
