After a damp start on Sunday, the day brightened up in time for a local walk in the morning and lunch out in Bakewell. In the afternoon our boarders headed to Flagg Hall, the dairy farm of the Mycock Family, to assist them with feeding the calves, rounding up the cows, milking and also of course sampling their delicious produce! A huge thank you to Mr and Mrs Mycock, Scarlett and Celia for hosting the boarders. Everyone absolutely loved spending time at your farm and even saw a calf being born.
After returning to school, it was time for another of Cheryl’s tasty roasts before some letter writing and an early night for all.
