Armed forces bursary fund
At S. Anselm’s, we are passionate about welcoming more pupils to our first class education where they will benefit from our small class sizes, expert, tailored teaching, superb facilities and enriching curriculum, whilst at the same time adding to the rich diversity of talent and character in our school.
The generosity of parents and pupils, past and present, enables us to offer major discounts on school fees for the children of families in our Armed Forces.
Our central UK location means that S. Anselm’s has been a popular choice among Forces families for many years and we understand the particular circumstances of military life that make choosing the right school a critical decision.
For children whose parents who are serving outside of the region or country, or where a parent may be on their own due to a partner’s posting and juggling multiple commitments, our boarding provision is the home-from-home and term-time ‘family’ that ensures children can continue to thrive, surrounded by friends and supportive house parents and other staff. We provide the consistency and stability to compensate for regular postings or sudden upheaval, the care and a sense of belonging.
Our house parents and matrons are experienced in caring for pupils from Forces families and make it their priority to ensure their school experience is both fulfilling and fun.
