The wonderful Spring sunshine led our Nursery children into thinking about new life and the changes in our garden.
The term began with exploring the story of the Hungry Caterpillar: enjoying a fruit filled week and perfecting cutting skills with our child friendly ‘sharp’ knives. The arrival of live caterpillars brought much excitement and the children have been enthralled observing their daily progress. The fun didn’t stop there, as then came the tadpoles so our ‘Observation Station’ is constantly in use!
Outdoor Week saw much planting and decorating of the garden and not to be outshone by Royalty we had our very own Scarecrows’ Wedding to celebrate the nuptials of Betty O’Barley-Markle and Prince Harry O’Hay.
