Last week saw our children get together to perform in the annual S. Anselm’s Summer Concert. This amazing event highlighted the talent and hard work of our pupils who all gave stunning performances. The diversity within the music department was evident for parents to see as they commented on what fun they had had hearing all of the ensembles and soloists perform.
Some of the highlights included the Rock Band, who really did rock our audience, and Chopin’s ‘Raindrop’ Prelude, performed by James S, who successfully managed to calm everyone down again! The very confident performances from all who participated in the concert made it a privilege for teachers to direct.
Well done and congratulations to the children for delivering such a professional and entertaining event.
