S. Anselm’s welcomed in the Lunar Year of the Tiger with a special celebratory lunch and supper, expertly prepared by Paul, our school chef and wonderful catering team. There was not a morsel left on any plate in the Dining Hall by the time it came to unwrap the fortune cookes!
