Year 1 and 2 were inspired by ‘Landscape with Sun’, painted in 1909 by the German pioneer of the Dada movement and surrealism, Max Ernst. The children used plasticine in many different colours to create their own version of a sunset or landscape. It was great fun ‘painting’ with plasticine. Here are the results …!
