The S. Anselm’s Festival of Carols & Lessons in Bakewell Parish Church drew our Michaelmas Term to a resoundingly joyful end, with beautiful singing from the Chapel and Junior Choirs, as well as our parents’ choir who joined us to sing ‘In Dulci Jubilo’. The church, lit by candles and the twinkling lights from all the many Christmas trees set a wonderful atmosphere and our readers did a marvelous job in conveying the Christmas message to everyone in the church.
