On Saturday and over the last couple of days, pupils throughout our Prep School and College have taken part in the S. Anselm’s Out and Back Cross Country – also known as the Crichlow Trail Run – passing through the glorious countryside surrounding our school.

The course was 3.5 km in distance and had a total ascent of 130 metres. Its challenges included running through a field of corn, passing some friendly livestock and navigating the obligatory muddy sections. Without exception, all our pupils attacked and completed the course with a fantastic amount of enthusiasm; they are a credit to themselves and S. Anselm’s.

The overall winning House was Churchill’s, so a massive congratulations to them. In addition, the Sports Department want to give a huge congratulations to all of the pupils that took part.
