The sun shone in abundance as our children proudly hosted the official opening of S. Anselm’s newly remodelled Nursery and Pre-Prep building on Thursday, 19th September.

Families were invited to a pupil-led tour of the new building, with state of the art facilities such as interactive whiteboards and spacious creative play and learning areas.

The children opened the event by singing to their parents and families before everyone enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea in the pretty grounds of the School’s Pre-Prep area. Our pupils also presented members of our Facilities team with a gift to thank them for all their hard work on the project during the summer break. The event culminated in the cutting of a ribbon by Martin Harrison from the team to mark the official opening.

Louise Kinlen, Head of Pre-Prep, said:

“Our Nursery and Pre-Prep provision has been extremely popular recently and we feel it is vital to ensure our children are able to learn and play in the best possible setting we can provide. To this end, our newly refurbished and remodelled Pre-Prep building provides ample space and great facilities for our pupils to discover and grow within a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment. It was fantastic to be able to show off the building today and the children were so excited to host the event!”

We have a very limited number of spaces in our Pre-Prep school for this academic year and are also busy registering children for the Michaelmas term, 2020. If you are interested in attending our Open Morning on October 5th, or would like to arrange to view the School on an alternative date, please email admissions@anselms.co.uk
