Christmas Fair
Thursday afternoon
Parents and families are warmly invited to our 2020 Christmas Fair
Do join us from 3.00pm to 6.00pm
in the Sports Hall
- fabulous stalls … House stalls, local boutiques and artisan sellers offering gift inspiration and festive decoration ideas for children and adults alike
- festive refreshments … to put you in a seasonal spirit
- fun activities … for all the children including Santa’s Grotto and an inflatable obstacle course.
Pupils in Years 3-8 will have the opportunity to visit the Christmas Fair during the final period of the school day. We recommend pupils visiting the fair bring their money (£5 maximum) in a named purse.
Tick off for day pupils will take place in the Sports Hall lobby at 5.00pm.

Wednesday evening
There is just time to add the final polish to each act in time to impress our VIP panel … the identity of whom is TOP SECRET!
Pantomime Trip
Friday afternoon
Years 1-8 will be going on the annual Pantomime trip to the Lyceum Theatre in Sheffield. This year’s production is Cinderella, and stars children’s favourite, Phil Gallagher (CBeebies’ Mister Maker), the legendary Sheffield pantomime Dame, Damian Williams and Strictly’s Joanne Clifton.
Evening collection arrangements
Tick off at school: The coaches will return to school at approx. 5.30pm, depending on traffic. Children will go into school and tick off will be held in Pre-Prep or the Hargreaves Hall. Please do not collect your child straight from the coaches.
School minibuses: These will run as usual but at a later time to collect the children arriving back from the pantomime. College students who return home by bus will need to do prep before getting their bus. As we cannot confirm exact timings until the night, a text will be sent to all parents as the minibuses leave school, to help gauge the time children will reach their usual drop off destinations.

Collection from the theatre: If you would like to collect your child from the Lyceum, please confirm this with their form tutor in advance of the trip and and complete ‘tick off’ with them outside the theatre.
