Katherine Pinner

Katherine is an award-winning global marketing leader with over two decades’ experience delivering high-impact marketing campaigns and digital transformation across the UK, Europe, the United States and Australia. She holds a First Class Honours degree in marketing and has worked at some of the world’s most recognisable organisations, including Audi, ITV, L’Oréal, Disney, Universal, Chatsworth and Sydney.

Alongside her corporate career, Katherine has founded, grown and sold several businesses, and led complex shareholder buyouts, bringing strong commercial judgement, strategic clarity and governance to her roles.

She contributes regularly to the wider business and academic community as an active seed investor, trustee, keynote speaker, industry judge and guest lecturer, including at The University of Sheffield in the UK and The Scots College in Sydney.

Outside of her professional life, Katherine is deeply invested in wellbeing. She loves a challenge, from running the London, Sydney and New York marathons, climbing Mount Kilimanjaro and joining an Antarctic expedition, to teaching in Tanzania, mentoring at a children’s charity and home-birthing her three children.

As a trustee, she brings a balance of commercial rigour and marketing creativity, with a genuine commitment to support young people to grow into confident, curious and kind individuals.
