Trips and residentials

Learning stretches far beyond the school grounds.

From Year 1 onwards, children enjoy termly trips designed to deepen their understanding of the topics they study while building confidence, teamwork and curiosity in new environments. Pupils explore an exciting range of destinations, from the Chatsworth Adventure Playground and the Moorland Discovery Centre to steam train journeys, theatres, forests and hands‑on team‑building adventures.

As they progress through the school, these experiences grow into memorable residentials and tours, including our sports tour, chapel choir tour, Year 8 visits to London and France, and the much‑anticipated annual ski trip.

Together, these opportunities help our pupils develop independence, resilience and a genuine love of discovery.
