Adam Knights is the Managing Director of Knights Care Ltd and has been working in the care industry since 2001. His passion for care began in his youth and he has dedicated his career to building a company that proudly offers a home to the most vulnerable in society.

Adam has successfully developed several care services and has branched out to offer bespoke care settings, where he can focus on helping those who need more specialised care than the mainstream services.  

In February 2024, Adam launched a care association, NNELCA where he is a proud Co-Chair. His focus is to represent a mixture of care providers by giving them a voice in order to promote the future of the care industry.

Outside of work, Adam is a fitness enthusiast and advocates the importance of a healthy lifestyle and the positive impact it has on his overall wellbeing. A part of this is through coaching the Matlock U13s Rugby Club where he contributes to the holistic development and success of the team. Adam is a dedicated supporter of England RFU and enjoys attending the rugby tournaments as well as spending quality time with his family.
