Luke Liddle
Luke is an educational leader and organisation founder with extensive experience in leading large, diverse teams and shaping ambitious, values-led educational programmes. Luke is the founder and Director of the International Schools Cultural Alliance (ISCA), an educational organisation that works exclusively with schools in the UK and internationally to design immersive, academically grounded cultural programmes for young people.
Through ISCA, Luke leads a global faculty of over 90 teachers and educators drawn from schools around the world. Together, they deliver programmes that go well beyond traditional school enrichment. His work focuses on helping students engage critically with place, culture, history, and ideas, encouraging them to become reflective, articulate, and globally minded learners and leaders.
Luke has held governorships at schools in the local area, each facing different strategic, financial, and educational challenges. This experience has given him a practical understanding of school leadership, accountability, and the realities of governance in a changing educational landscape. Alongside this, he has worked closely with a wide range of global schools that are actively “breaking the mould” in their approach to education, particularly those placing skills, character, and real-world readiness at the heart of their curriculum design.
With a professional background rooted in education, Luke brings strategic insight, an external perspective, and a clear focus on how educational vision translates into lived pupil experience. As a trustee, he is committed to supporting S. Anselm’s to be ambitious, thoughtful, and future-facing, while remaining grounded in strong values and educational integrity.
