In 2004 Peter was appointed Headmaster of Wellow House School, becoming an active member of IAPS and leading the school through numerous successful inspections. A qualified ISI Inspector since 2000, he has contributed to many inspections across the independent sector, bringing a detailed understanding of compliance and educational quality.

Throughout his career Peter has continued to teach Mathematics and Games and has a long tradition of leading ski trips, canal journeys, and outdoor residential experiences. A distinguished former rugby international and Level 3 coach, he has worked with players from grassroots to national level and mentored young athletes within elite pathways.

Peter’s leadership is rooted in the belief that children flourish when challenged academically, supported pastorally, and offered rich opportunities beyond the classroom.
