BA (Hons), EYFS Level 3
A member of the S. Anselm’s family since 2011, I bring my experience as both a mother of three former pupils and a long-standing staff member to my roles in the boarding house and early years department. I believe boarding is a vital stepping stone toward independence, providing students with the confidence to navigate future challenges. Positive early boarding experiences are a great foundation stone for children to step into their next school, be it another boarding environment, as a day pupil or in a state school.
Working within a passionate, dedicated team, I ensure that our boarding environment is a supportive ‘home-away-from-home’ where every child is heard. I love to make the physical environment as welcoming as possible as well, talking to current years on what would make the dorms better for them, and regularly redecorating and updating the student areas to make them into areas the children can have pride and a sense of ownership in.
It is a unique privilege to guide our students from their earliest years in the classroom through to their development as independent boarders, ensuring they have the same wonderful opportunities my own children enjoyed.
